About Us |
Sarasota REIA is a non-profit, real estate oriented, membership-based
club that exist to help members reach their financial goals
through education and networking.
Among our membership are real estate investors, lenders and
service providers (attorneys to title companies). Members
network at meetings and exchange ideas and information and
promote their services. Members also actively buy and sell
properties at meetings. Special interest speakers are
regularly scheduled and an education segment is incorporated
into each weekly luncheon meeting.
Guests are welcome to visit the club one time to meet
members and experience one of our meetings.
Guests are not permitted to offer or promote in any form or
fashion any service or property, or to make announcements.
Announcements and promotion of properties (we term it "Gets &
Gots") is reserved from Members only.
Members meet every Wednesday at noon for lunch at the Oriental
Buffet, 4458 Bee Ridge Rd. Sarasota (SE corner of Bee Ridge &
McIntosh Rd.). Monthly night meeting is the 2nd Wednesday
of the month at Sarasota Association of Realtors, 3590 South
Tuttle Ave. Sarasota. The doors open at 6:30pm for
socializing with the meeting beginning at 7:00pm.
Membership dues are $100 per year calendar year (January -
December). Annual dues are not prorated.
Membership (as a primary member) may be shared with a spouse or
one associate (as a secondary member). Each member
(primary or secondary) must submit a signed application.
